What is a Sub-processor?

In order to provide our Services, Gyre engages the Sub-processors listed in the tables below. A Sub-processor is a third party engaged by Gyre and its applicable Affiliates, to process Customer Personal Data.

How do I subscribe to new Sub-processor notifications?

Customers may sign up to receive notification of new Sub-processors by emailing support@gyreteams.com with the subject “Subscribe to New Sub-processors.” Once a Customer has signed up to receive new Sub-processor notifications, Gyre will then provide the Customer with notice of any new Sub-processor before authorising such new Sub-processor to process Customer Personal Data and allow Customer ten (10) days to submit a legitimate, good-faith objection to such new Sub-processor(s) from Customer’s receipt of Gyre’ notice.
